  • Billing and subscription management

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and API keys. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SLICEAPI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SliceAPI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your Content or any data you submit to the Service
